Behavioural Dynamics: Engaging the People

The goal of the BDI is to establish Behavioural Dynamics as a discipline for the study of group behaviour change. By bringing together practitioners and experts from all academic disciplines relevant to the study of group behaviour change, we aim to assemble and assimilate the full extent of creative and scientific knowledge on understanding group behaviour and the dynamics of change.

By developing a deep understanding of group behaviour, we can advance effective solutions to complex behavioural problems. To do this, we strive for precise research, focused on groups, producing actionable recommendations. We bring together experts, collate existing research, comment on it and contribute to the debate.
