Director and Senior Academic Fellow

Dr Andrew Ritcheson is the Director and Senior Academic Fellow of the Behavioural Dynamics Institute. He is also the Director of Research and Development at Strategic Communication Laboratories (SCL). He is responsible for researching, developing and monitoring the implementation of sophisticated, targeted audience analysis and strategic communications methodologies. Dr Ritcheson is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol, British Psychological Society), and specialises in advanced research with human subjects, multivariate statistical analyses, complex modelling, human and organisational psychology and clinical practice. His previous work has involved working with private clients, businesses and government organisations with a range of objectives. Having trained and taught at Oxford University, and lived and worked extensively abroad, he has strengths in understanding complex human behaviour, socio-cultural diversity, and communications. Dr Ritcheson has been accredited by a variety of professional bodies, both in the UK and abroad, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, and has work published in scholarly, peer-reviewed journals.
